The term shall halt until you make your next payment. In order to achieve your goal in 12 months, we advise you to make your payment promptly before the payment is due. You are able to make payment 7 days prior to the payment due date.
Upon executing the first purchase of gold after you have funded your goal, we will send you a notification email. There will not be anymore emails sent during the term until you complete your next funding. You may log in to the app to check the progress of your SmartSaver account.

Yes, you may change the amount that you want to save in your SmartSaver account every month. Please note that the funds added to your SmartSaver account cannot be withdrawn unless you cancel or complete the term of your SmartSaver plan.
In order to sell, send or redeem the gold in your SmartSaver account, you will need to either wait until the term is completed or cancel your HelloGold SmartSaver account.
