Promo codes will be removed from your active promo code(s) list after they expire.
I have not received my reward, why?
If you have not received your reward after applying the promo code, it may be because: 1) You have not fulfilled the conditions to receive the reward 2) The promo code has been fully redeemed by other users
Will my promo code expire?
Yes, you can check the expiry date of your promo code as stated in the terms and conditions and in the app.
My promo code did not work, why?
If you see an error message after you applied your promo code, it may be because: 1) the promo code has expired 2) you do not meet the criteria specified in the terms and conditions to use the promo code 3) The promo code has been fully redeemed by other users
What do I need to know when I enter a promo code?
Promo codes are currently open to new customers only. You must successfully sign up to the HelloGold app within the specified promotional period. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the promo code(s) when you apply the code in the app.
How do I enter a promo code?
Tap on “Rewards” in the menu bar and then, select the “Enter Code” tab. Finally, enter the Promo Code and click “Apply”.
