To start accessing your account on the web, you’ll need to go through our activation process. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Open HelloGold on the web by entering on your browser’s address bar
  2. Select your preferred language and click “Login”.
  3. Enter the login details you’re using on your mobile app, and click “Submit”.
  4. Open your email registered with your account, and click on “Reset Password” button in that email.
  5. Set your new password and click “Submit”
  6. You can now login to your HelloGold account on the web using your new password!
    1. Do note that while we continue to make continuous improvement to the app to ensure better security, your password on the web at the moment is independant from the password that you’ve set on your mobile app.
