With our current setup for user security, your HelloGold password on your mobile app is stored to your phone and does not leave your device. That means your password on your mobile app is not synced to your HelloGold account on the web, and you are required to have two passwords for your HelloGold account.

We understand that activating your account login setup may require more steps such as the need for account recovery and we are working on standardising the login experience for you.
